REUBEN CASSEROLE

REUBEN CASSEROLE

1 small jar sauerkraut drained and rinsed
1 cup thousand island dressing
1 pound corn beef
8 oz. swiss shredded cheese
4-6 slices of rye bread or pumpernickel, butter one side of each slice.

Mix sauerkraut and dressing together and spread into a greased 9x13 pan
top with corn beef, then swiss cheese, place bread, butter side up on top of cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 mins. uncovered!
